HOW IT ALL WORKS
It’s pretty simple – you pick out items from our online catalogue or rental collection you’re interested in and we create a custom proposal for you. based on inventory availability. Once everything looks good on your proposal, you confirm it with a 50% deposit. When your rental date rolls around, our logistics & warehouse team takes excellent care of you, and you don’t even have to do the heavy lifting!
HOW DO I GET A PROPOSAL
Once you have a confirmed date and a venue for your event or project, we’re happy to put together a custom proposal for you!
There are several ways you can reach out and get the ball rolling:
Create a wishlist by adding your favorite rental collection together in our online basket and submitting them to us through our site. Please note we will not be accepting online payments in order for us to confirm inventory availability first. You can view inventory availability through our Online Gallary.

Please note that we do NOT allow orders to be picked up, from our warehouse under any circumstances.
With that being said, we see delivery a bit more different than just dropping items off at your doorstep for you to figure out later. Our white glove service is our way of making sure we lift the heavy leg work off your shoulders and assist you with loading in and out, unwrapping and unboxing items as well as packing them safely back once your event is all done and the memories have been made.
We know that our items sometimes get a little too much love, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% damage waiver is added
to every delivery order. This covers normal wear & tear on our collection, but does not cover gross negligence – such as damage caused by over excited guests and children alike (sorry mom!) or pieces not protected from the weather.
Any damages, shortages or loss will be billed for post event/production date, at the full replacement charge as per individual items replacement costs. All replacement values will be present on the formal proposal as well as on the invoice.The hirer is fully responsible for all hired items during the course of the event, from delivery to collection, and until items are returned to Absolute Perfections’ warehouse.
